ITT Visual Information Solutions offers its employees a comprehensive benefit package. We realize the diverse needs that employees have throughout their working careers, and various stages of life, and have put together a core package of benefits. This package includes health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance with supplemental insurance also available. Employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month coinciding or following hire date.

Following is a general list of what ITT Visual Information Solutions offers:

• Group Medical Insurance- ITT Visual Information Solutions medical coverage provides a wide range of valuable protection including hospital, surgical, major medical, and prescription benefits. This medical plan is a PPO plan allowing for covered individuals to see any doctor with in the preferred provider network. Both a wellness benefit and vision coverage are also included as part of the medical insurance.
• Group Dental- Individuals are covered in the Delta Dental plan. Coverage is as follows: 100% coverage for preventive care, 80% coverage for basic care, and 50% coverage for major services. Orthodontic coverage, for dependents under age 19, is included in the dental plan.
• Group Life- We provide group term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance to all eligible employees.
• Long Term Disability- Long Term Disability benefits are provided to help offset loss of income that results from accidental injury or illness.
• Flexible Spending Accounts- The flexible spending account is a valuable benefit. By setting aside pre-tax dollars to pay for expected out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug expenses, the average person will save about 28 cents on every dollar. Employees may also set aside, up to $5,000, pre-tax income for eligible dependent care expense.
  
  We also offers an array of additional medical and income protection benefits through Colonial Life. Employees choose the plan that best fits their individual needs.

ITT Visual Information Solutions' 401(k) Plan:

• ITT Visual Information Solutions is pleased to be a partner in providing for retirement. Employees can make voluntary contributions on a tax-deferred basis and select among various Fidelity investment options. The Company matches dollar for dollar on the first 1% that an employee contributes. Next, the Company matches 50 cents on every dollar of the next 6% that the employee contributes to the plan. Employees may contribute an additional 18% to the plan up to the federal taxable limit for the current plan year. Employees are eligible to participate in the plan during their first month of employment.
  
  ITT Visual Information Solutions offers paid time off in the form of sick time, vacation time and float time. Eight company holidays are also awarded each year.
