Research Systems Seminars
| To play an online recorded WebEx File: |
The minimum system requirements to view a recorded Web seminar:
- Intel Pentium Processor and 32 MB RAM
- 166Mhz with working soundcard and sound drivers
- Speakers
- Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000, XP
- MS Internet Explorer 4.x or Netscape Communicator 4.x
- JavaScript and cookies enabled
- 56kbps Internet connection or better
If you are having problems with the volume of a recorded WebEx:
Check what the Wave volume settings are on your computer, as those settings may be turned down low. If you have the volume control on your speakers
turned all the way up, but you still can barely hear the presentation then go to the Windows volume controls at:
Start->Programs->Accessories->Entertainment->Volume Control
and turn the Wave Volume control on.
More information about WebEx support for other platforms such as Mac OS X and UNIX can be
found here
on the WebEx site under "Frequently Asked Questions".
